Nine Roles. Every One a Full-Time VA on Your Account.

Three kinds of work. Getting the pipeline moving with cold calling and lead generation, handling the people in it, and running the admin underneath. You pick the roles. We source, train and manage the agents.

Getting the Phone to Ring.

Everything that turns a name on a list into a conversation on your calendar. These three run together on most accounts, because a list nobody calls and a call nobody books are the same problem twice. Outbound to US numbers runs inside the TCPA and Do Not Call rules, and our terms set out how.

01

Lead Generation

Consistent outreach, cold calling and texting that creates opportunities. The agent works your list on an auto-dialer seat we provide, every working day, on your script.

02

Appointment Setting

Scheduling and follow-ups that turn interest into action. Someone who answered once and went quiet is the cheapest lead you own, and this is the role that goes back to them.

03

Skip Tracing

Accurate contact data, so the team reaches the right people faster. Bad numbers are the quiet cost of outreach: the dialer still spends the hour and nobody picks up.

Answering When It Does.

Once the pipeline moves, somebody has to answer. These roles cover the inbox, the phone line, and the hiring that comes with growth.

04

Customer Support

Responsive, reliable teams that keep communication flowing. The agent works your inbox and your phone line in your hours, so the answer a customer gets is the one you would have given.

05

Talent Acquisition

Placing professionals who fit your goals and your business. Sourcing, screening and the scheduling around both, run as a full-time role rather than squeezed between other work.

06

Business Consulting

Practical guidance and proven strategies for scaling. Take this when you know the volume is coming and you want the shape of the operation decided before it arrives.

Keeping the Records Straight.

Admin, workflow, and the system the records live in. This is the group clients add second, usually once the pipeline produces more than the back office can absorb.

07

Administrative Support

Routine tasks, documentation and day-to-day admin. The work that never appears on a plan and takes a morning anyway.

08

Operations Support

Workflows, coordination and scheduling behind the scenes. One person whose job is that the handoffs happen, rather than three people assuming someone else did it.

09

CRM Setup

A structured system that stays organised as you grow. Most CRMs are abandoned because nobody agreed what a stage means. This role decides that with you, then keeps the records honest.

The Part Nobody Sees Until It Stops.

Admin, workflow and the system your records live in. Clients usually add this group second, once the pipeline produces more than the back office can absorb.

They Work Inside Your Stack, Not Beside It.

Agents are trained on the tools you already pay for. If you use something that is not here, they learn it during onboarding.

What People Ask About Cold Calling and the Roles.

What does a virtual assistant do?

It depends on the role. We staff nine: lead generation, appointment setting, skip tracing, customer support, talent acquisition, business consulting, administrative support, operations support and CRM setup. Each one is a full-time agent on your account for 180 hours a month.

Do agents use my scripts or yours?

Yours. Your scripts, your CRM and your tools, agreed in the scoping call before anyone is hired. Agents start inside your workflow rather than learning it while your leads wait.

What software do your agents work in?

ReadyMode for dialing, GoHighLevel for pipelines and follow-up, Podio and REISift for records and list hygiene, PropertyRadar for property and owner data, OpenPhone for shared numbers and texting, and Google Workspace for mail and calendar. If you use something else, they learn it during onboarding.

What is the difference between a virtual assistant and a BPO agency?

A virtual assistant is one person you find, train and manage yourself. A BPO agency sources the agent, trains them on your tools, and manages them day to day under a quality assurance manager. You get the reports instead of the admin.

Can I start with one agent?

Yes. The Starter Pack covers one to two agents. Most clients begin with a single function and add roles once the reporting shows what is working.

How does cold calling work day to day?

The agent works your list on an auto-dialer seat we provide, every working day, on your script. A quality assurance manager listens to the calls and adjusts what is not landing. The dialer report comes to you the same day.

What is an auto-dialer seat?

A licence on the dialing platform that puts calls through back to back instead of the agent typing numbers in. One seat is included with every lead generation agent, and the daily reports come out of it.

What is in the daily dialer report?

Every call the seat made that day, out of the dialer itself. It is the same report the quality review is based on, so you see what we see.

What is skip tracing?

Finding current contact details for the people on a list. Bad numbers are the quiet cost of outreach, because the dialer still spends the hour and nobody picks up. Traced lists are cleaned before anyone dials them.

What is appointment setting?

Scheduling and follow-up on people who already showed interest. Someone who answered once and went quiet is the cheapest lead you own, and this is the role that goes back to them and puts the meeting in your calendar.

Can one agent cover more than one role?

Each agent is full-time on your account for 180 hours a month. What those hours cover is agreed in the scoping call, so a smaller operation can put one agent across two functions rather than hiring twice.

Mixed Roles, or a Function That Fits No Package.

We scope it with you, build the team around your operation, train them on your tools, then run them day to day. You approve the shape. We handle everything after that.
