Prime Lead SolutionsPrivacy Policy
Privacy Policy
What the enquiry form collects, how analytics is kept switched off until you allow it, who else sees your information, and how to have it deleted.
Who we are
This site is published by Prime Lead Solutions LLC Co., a BPO agency registered in Wyoming, United States. We build and manage dedicated virtual teams for cold calling, lead generation, customer service, customer support and back office work.
This policy covers this website and the enquiry form on it. It tells you what we collect, why, who else sees it, and what you can tell us to do about it. If you are already a client, the agreement you signed governs the work itself and this policy covers the site only.
We do not publish a street address. The way to reach us about anything in this policy is info@primeleadsolutions.co.
Information we collect
Three things, and nothing else. What you type into the enquiry form. What any web server records about a request, such as the address it came from, the time it arrived and the page it asked for. And what Google Analytics measures, which happens only if you allow it.
We do not run a newsletter and there is no mailing list to join, so there is nothing here that quietly signs you up to one.
The enquiry form
The form asks for your name, your email address, the services you are interested in, how many agents you need, your message, and a tick to confirm you are happy to be contacted. Those six are required. You can also give a phone number with its country code, and pick a date and a time in Eastern time if you want a meeting slot held. Nothing else about you is collected; the only other thing sent with it is the one-time result of the security check described below.
The security check. Before the form can be sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. When you reach the form, your browser loads the check from Cloudflare, which receives what any website receives from your browser — such as your IP address and browser details — and the signals it needs to tell a person from a program. It does not read what you type into the form. Cloudflare describes what it does with that information in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
We use it to answer you, to hold the slot you chose, and to scope the work if you want us to. What you send arrives as an email in our own mailbox at info@primeleadsolutions.co, and a copy is kept securely in our business records so that an enquiry is not lost in an inbox and we have a record of what was asked. It is not loaded into a marketing platform and it is not used to build a profile of you.
The tick on the form is about contact, not about tracking: it means Prime Lead Solutions representatives may call and email you to discuss the services. That is the only thing it authorises. It is separate from the analytics choice below, and refusing analytics does not stop you using the form. You can withdraw the contact consent at any time by replying to any message from us or writing to the address above.
Cookies and what is stored in your browser
Strictly necessary. One entry in your browser’s local storage, named pls-privacy-choices, holding the answer you gave to the privacy banner and the date you gave it. It exists so that we can honour that answer and stop asking you. It is not sent anywhere and it is not used to recognise you.
Also strictly necessary: one entry in your browser’s session storage, named pls-lite, holding a single number — how much of the page’s motion your device needed switched off to stay smooth — so that the next page you open starts the same way. Your browser deletes it when you close the tab. It is not sent anywhere and it is not used to recognise you.
Analytics. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, whose names begin _ga, to count visits and to tell a returning visit from a new one. They are set only after you have allowed analytics, and never before.
There are no advertising cookies, no advertising pixels and no cross-site tracking on this site.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read, how people arrive at the site and where they leave it, which buttons and contact links are used, and whether the enquiry form was sent — never what was written in it — so that we can improve it. Google acts as our service provider for this, and Google’s own terms and privacy notice govern what it does with the information.
We use it to measure how the site is used. We do not use it to advertise to you.
Analytics does not run at all until you turn it on. If you never answer the banner, or you answer it with no, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set.
Consent
Where consent is required for non-essential technologies — in the EEA, in the UK, and anywhere else the same rule applies — analytics does not operate until you have given it. In practice, on this site, that is how it behaves for everyone:
Analytics is off by default, and nothing analytics-related is requested before you choose. The banner offers three real answers: accept all, reject all, or manage preferences. Rejecting takes exactly one click, the same as accepting, and neither is hidden behind the other.
Continuing to browse, scrolling, or clicking past the banner is not consent, and we do not treat it as consent. That is why the banner has no close button: closing something is not an answer, so we do not offer closing it as one.
Your answer is recorded with the date it was given, and you can change it whenever you like, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing it stops future tracking: we send Google a signal that the permission is denied, we stop loading the analytics tag, and we expire the analytics cookies this site is able to see. A cookie your browser holds that we cannot reach from here is removed by clearing site data in the browser itself, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise.
Privacy Choices
Privacy Choices is the control that holds your answer. It is a window, not a page: the link in the footer of every page opens it over whatever you are reading, so you never lose your place. You can open it at any time.
It lists what is strictly necessary and cannot be switched off, and an analytics switch that you control. Saving takes effect immediately, on that page, without a reload.
How long we keep it
We have not set a fixed period for enquiries. The email and the record of it are kept while they are useful — to answer you, and for the client relationship an enquiry may become — rather than being deleted on a timetable. We would rather say that than publish a number we do not actually keep to.
You can have yours deleted at any time by asking, and we will do it unless a law requires us to keep something, in which case we will say so. Records belonging to a client relationship are kept for as long as that relationship runs and for whatever period tax and accounting rules require afterwards. Information collected through analytics is held by Google and is subject to Google’s own retention arrangements for that service.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Inside the company, the people who handle enquiries. Outside it, two providers, each only to carry, keep or deliver it for us. Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the form’s security check as described above, and carries what you send to our business records. Google keeps those records securely, provides the mailbox where we are told of your enquiry, and, if you allowed it, Google Analytics measures use of the site. There is no advertising network and no data broker in any of this.
We will also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, where applicable.
Where the data is processed
We serve clients and hear from people worldwide. The company is in the United States, and Google’s infrastructure is global, so information you send may be stored and processed in the United States and in other countries.
Where you are in the EEA or the UK, that is a transfer out of your region, and it relies on the safeguards Google provides for its services — including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK addendum to them, where applicable.
If you are in the EEA
Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, to have our use of it restricted, to receive it in a portable form, and to object to our using it. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing it does not make what we did before unlawful.
Our legal bases are: your consent, for analytics and for the contact tick on the form; our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry that was sent to us and in keeping the site secure; and the performance of a contract, where an enquiry becomes one. You can complain to your national supervisory authority, and we would rather you told us first so we can fix it.
If you are in the United Kingdom
The same rights apply under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
If you are in the United States
Where a state privacy law applies to you — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and the other states with a comprehensive law — you have the right to know what we have collected about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to be treated no differently for exercising any of those rights. Where those laws allow it, an authorised agent may make a request for you.
Those laws also give a right to opt out of the sale of personal information and of sharing it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not do either, so there is nothing for you to opt out of — and Privacy Choices is there regardless, so you can switch analytics off whether or not a law in your state obliges us to offer it.
Children
This is a business service. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, or under whatever higher or lower age applies where you live. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will remove it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and the form submits over the same connection. Access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it, and the accounts holding them are protected by the security controls Google provides.
No method of transmission over the internet and no method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security and do not claim to. Sending us information is at your own risk in that sense. Please do not put anything genuinely sensitive in the form; if something is confidential, let it wait for the call. If something goes wrong with data we hold, we will tell the people affected promptly and do whatever the law requires.
Making a privacy request
Write to info@primeleadsolutions.co and say what you want: a copy, a correction, a deletion, or simply to be left alone. Send it from the address you contacted us on where you can, because we may need to confirm you are the person the information belongs to before we act, and we will not use what you send for anything but verifying the request.
We will answer within the time the applicable law allows, and there is no charge except where the law permits one for a request that is repetitive or excessive.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date below. Material changes will be flagged here rather than made quietly, and a change that affects what you consented to will ask you again.
